The Kennedy Approach utilizes a participant-centered approach to the design of inclusion, diversity, equity and access (IDEA) trainings. We focus on providing strategies for addressing thoughts and behaviors related to: implicit bias, microaggression, stereotype threat and inter-cultural communication.
